Mercy & Justus Feedback
Last year, I was promoted to the position of an operations manager in an IT firm. The new role involves managing a team and running the HR department as we currently don’t have an HR manager. I paid for the HR job course as I wanted to understand HR areas as I am not experienced in HR. I am now able to develop a HR policy, set KPI’s, implement a performance management system and i now fully understand the labour laws. I feel confident in my ability to deliver in my new HR job. Justus Kipkorir – IT Firm
I am a fresh graduate and it’s been 9 months after graduation. I have managed to get HR internships in customer service and sales but my passion is HR. I joined the class to learn in order for me to have what employers are looking for when hiring HR professionals. On the last day of the training, we were taught how to write a CV to bring out the skills that we had perfected. With my new CV, I have applied for HR assistant jobs and two companies have invited me for an interview. I am optimistic I will get a HR job soon. The program was extremely practical & helpful.
