  • Project Basis (2-4 months support) – Clients requests for our expertise for a limited period, usually 2 to 4 months to develop and ensure that they have sound HR systems and procedures. The project assignment entails reviewing and developing job descriptions, KPIs, HR policies, salary benchmarking, putting in place a performance management system, updating or drafting a HR policy, advising on staff skills, and other strategic HR initiatives. You can request for our expertise in a certain area i.e. develop a HR policy only or streamline your entire HR function.
  • On Going Monthly Support. For monthly support we become the inhouse HR advisor. We assist on a monthly basis HR tasks ranging from employee performance management, adherence to policies, Labour laws advice to management, staff payroll, recruitment, staff exits, disciplinary process, staff training, HR administration and any other daily HR tasks that might arise.
