Location: Nairobi, Mombasa Road,
Plannettech Investors Ltd is looking to hire an experienced and dynamic Sales and Marketing Specialist to drive our company’s sales initiatives and marketing strategies.
Responsibilities:
- Aggressively sourcing for new clients.
- Following up with client to ensure satisfaction with the service given
- Meet and Exceed sales target through developing effective strategies to increase sales volumes.
- Maintaining existing client by continuously furnishing them with current information about our new products.
- Maintain all clients through a proactive communication with the client and ensuring that all queries, complains are promptly attended to.
- Conducting market research on the competitors and market dynamics and advise the management.
- Build awareness about our product and educate customer on product usage.
- Establish and maintain current client and potential client relationship.
- Report on all sales activities by submission of weekly report to the head of department.
Qualification:
- Diploma in sales and marketing
- Minimum of 2-3 years of working experience in sales and marketing
- Work experience in ICT firm will be an added advantage
- Digital and Social media marketing will be an added advantage
- Performance oriented and self-driven personnel
- Excellent interpersonal communication skill
- Strong Public relation skills
- A strategic and innovative thinker
- Ability to work under minimum supervision
- Team working and ability to network effectively
