Leading in the implementation of the finance and branch accounts department strategy, policies, processes and procedures to support the achievement of the overall financial objectives of the company.

  • Coordinating and reporting of the company and finance department performance to the financial controller and management on quarterly basis
  • Collating /preparation and analysis of revenue and management reports
  • Authorizing of company claims and management expenses cheques as the finance representative
  • Collating of final accounts of the company- consolidating and analyses for management
  • Analsing and verification of yearly and monthly levy reports prepared by the finance dept. staff going to statutory regulators
  • Mentoring and training company finance dept.staff.
  • Coordinating with other departments in ensuring consistence in reports prepared by them
  • Monitoring and coordinating staff towards achieving departmental objectives.
  • Preparation and analysis of financial and management reports
  • Any other duties given by the financial controller. Preparing, monitoring and reporting of the finance budgetary allocations
  • Talent management including coaching, mentoring, developing, motivating, training and evaluating staff in the finance dept. to achieve highest levels of performance
  • Leading and managing the finance department related company communication
  • Ensuring customer service to both internal and external client by providing required financial/management reports.
  • Managing and Implementing change initiatives to achieve desired business plans and culture
  • At least 5 years of relevant experience
  • Masters Degree in Finance
  • Undergraduate Degree in Finance
