Nairobi Safari Club is seeking an experienced Hotel Manager to lead the Nairobi Safari Club By Swiss-Belhotel.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee the overall operations of Nairobi Safari Club by Swiss-Belhotel.
- Ensure high levels of guest satisfaction and service excellence.
- Drive and implement strategic business growth initiatives.
- Lead, manage, and develop the hotel team.
- Maintain operational efficiency across all departments.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with guests, owners, and stakeholders.
Qualifications
- International 4-5-star hotel chain experience.
- Minimum 10 years of international hospitality experience.
- East Africa experience is an advantage.
- Strong labor union and employee relations experience.
- Hotel refurbishment and F&B experience preferred.
- Excellent owner and stakeholder relationship management.
- Hands-on, dynamic, and results-driven leader.
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
- Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Hospitality or related field.
