Job purpose
Nairobi Adventist Hospital is a faith-based institution committed to delivering exceptional healthcare services guided by Christian values of integrity, compassion, and excellence.
We are seeking a dynamic and result-oriented Human Resource Officer to join our dedicated team. The successful candidate will play a key role in supporting HR operations and ensuring the effective implementation of the hospital’s people management policies and programs.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support recruitment, selection, and onboarding processes.
- Maintain accurate employee records and HR documentation.
- Coordinate performance management and staff welfare programs.
- Ensure compliance with labour laws and HR best practices.
- Handle employee relations and provide guidance to staff and supervisors.
Qualifications & Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Higher Diploma in Human Resource Management or CHRP certification is an added advantage.
- Member of the Institute of Human Resource Management (IHRM) with a valid practicing certificate.
- Minimum of 3 years’ experience in a busy HR environment, preferably in a healthcare or service sector.
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills.
