Brief Job Description:

The Chief Integrity & Ethics Officer will provide strategic leadership in ethics governance, anti-corruption compliance, whistleblowing systems, and organizational culture transformation in line with public listing requirements.

  • Develop and implement corporate integrity, ethics, and compliance frameworks.
  • Oversee anti-corruption initiatives and fraud prevention mechanisms.
  • Lead investigations into ethical breaches and misconduct.
  • Establish whistleblower protection systems and reporting channels.
  • Ensure alignment with regulatory requirements and governance standards.
  • Advise the Board and Executive Management on ethical risk exposure.
  • Drive ethics awareness training and culture change initiatives.
