Brief Job Description:
The Chief Integrity & Ethics Officer will provide strategic leadership in ethics governance, anti-corruption compliance, whistleblowing systems, and organizational culture transformation in line with public listing requirements.
Key Duties:
- Develop and implement corporate integrity, ethics, and compliance frameworks.
- Oversee anti-corruption initiatives and fraud prevention mechanisms.
- Lead investigations into ethical breaches and misconduct.
- Establish whistleblower protection systems and reporting channels.
- Ensure alignment with regulatory requirements and governance standards.
- Advise the Board and Executive Management on ethical risk exposure.
- Drive ethics awareness training and culture change initiatives.

- Investigative and analytical capabilities.
- High ethical judgment and discretion.
