Horeca Trade Representative at Kericho Gold Tea
Responsibilities
- Drive revenue and achieve sales targets within the assigned region.
- Manage key HORECA accounts and execute commercial plans.
- Ensure effective HORECA coverage.
- Monitor and grow secondary sales performance.
- Maintain optimal product availability and distribution.
- Enforce pricing compliance and track market/competitor activity.
- Uphold high standards of HORECA execution (visibility & merchandising).
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Sales & Marketing or related field.
- 2-4 years’ FMCG sales experience.
- Experience working with HORECA channel.
