Qualifications:

• Diploma or Degree in Hospitality Management or a related field.
• Minimum of 2 years’ experience in a front office supervisory role. Strong leadership, communication, and customer service skills.
• Proficiency in Opera PMS systems and Microsoft Office.
• Ability to work flexible shifts, including weekends and public holidays.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise daily front office. operations and ensure exceptional guest service.
• Coordinate with housekeeping and other departments to ensure seamless guest experiences.
• Ensure compliance with hotel policies, procedures, and service standards.
• Monitor cash handling, billing accuracy, and daily reports.
• Manage guest check-ins, check- outs, reservations, and inquiries.
