What You Will Do
- Expert Service: Inspect, treat, and keep customer premises pest-free in your allocated territory.
- Advisory Role: Advise clients on hygiene, housekeeping, and physical proofing to prevent future infestations.
- Safety Compliance: Ensure all chemical handling and programs comply strictly with health, safety, and environmental regulations.
- Business Growth: Support company growth through lead generation and cross-selling activities.
- Operational Management: Plan efficient service routing to ensure prompt customer attendance with minimal logistical costs.
Compensation & Benefits
- Base Salary: KES 25,944 per month.
- Core Benefits: Medical cover, WIBA (Work Injury Benefits Act), and Group Life Insurance.
- Post-Confirmation Benefits: Pension scheme enrollment after successful confirmation.
- Leave: 23 days of annual leave with LTA (Leave Travel Allowance).

Requirements & Qualifications
- Education: Minimum of a Diploma in a relevant field.
- Experience: Proven experience as a Technician is mandatory. Prior experience specifically in Pest Control is a significant advantage.
- License: Must possess a valid Driving License (DL).
- Integrity: High standards of professional etiquette and honesty regarding client property and company assets.
- Communication: Ability to listen to customer concerns and explain technical recommendations clearly.
