Key Responsibilities
- Lead daily planning sessions and allocate tasks to artisans and teams.
- Break down weekly production schedules into clear daily deliverables.
- Monitor progress of all jobs, ensuring timelines, tools, and materials are in place.
- Enforce workshop discipline, punctuality, and adherence to SOPs.
- Inspect raw materials and finished products for quality.
- Coordinate closely with the Sales & Project team to align on deadlines and client expectations.
- Train and motivate artisans to improve both speed and quality of work.
- Ensure cleanliness and adherence to safety standards.
Requirements
- Proven experience in supervising a workshop or production floor (woodwork or manufacturing).
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to hold teams accountable fairly and firmly.
- Hands-on and highly visible on the floor.
- Structured, disciplined, and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
- Competent in reporting tools (Odoo/Excel/updates and checklists).
- Proactive problem solver.
