Key Responsibilities
- Develop and refine training data and rubrics for AI systems focused on SEO and performance marketing tasks.
- Evaluate and enhance AI model outputs, ensuring alignment with best-practice digital marketing strategies.
- Collaborate with cross-functional AI and product teams to improve model quality, accuracy, and usability.
- Apply your expertise in web analytics and conversion rate optimization to identify and address performance gaps.
- Translate complex SEO and marketing concepts into actionable feedback for AI model training.
- Create and maintain thorough documentation of AI training processes and evaluation standards.
- Keep pace with the latest industry trends and AI advancements to ensure ongoing relevance in training methods.
Required Skills and Qualifications
- Proven experience in SEO and performance marketing, with hands-on knowledge of digital media strategy and campaign execution.
- Strong command of web analytics platforms and performance tracking tools.
- Demonstrated success in CRO and landing page optimization strategies.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with a keen attention to detail.
- Ability to articulate technical marketing concepts for both technical and non-technical audiences.
- Self-motivated, proactive, and highly organized, able to excel in a remote environment.
- Genuine interest in AI technology and its application within the digital marketing landscape.
