Responsibilities
- Overseeing local and regional sales, promotions and campaigns
- Planning and directing the hiring and training of new Sales Representatives
- Directing and coordinating all sales activities locally and regionally
- Preparing sales budgets and projections and approving expenditures
- Tracking and analyzing sales statistics based on key quantitative metrics
- Handling and resolving customer complaints regarding a product or service
- Setting discount rates and determining price schedules
- Advising distributors and dealers on policies and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs)
- Serving as the face of the organization to internal and external partners
- Making data-informed decisions to drive performance and resource allocation
- Developing and maintaining relationships with key clients
- Setting sales quotas and goals
- Overseeing and directing the performance of the sales team
- Identifying emerging markets to find new sales opportunities

Requirements:
- Minimum of 10 years’ sales and marketing experience in selling uPVC / HDPE Pipes and fittings is must.
- Degree in sales, marketing or business related field will be added advantage.
- Proven track record of success in sales of Pipes / building materials industry.
- Strong hold of Water projects contractors / Hardware stores will be added advantage.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and maintain long-term relationships with clients.
- Strong negotiation and closing skills, with the ability to effectively overcome objections and secure sales deals.
- In-depth knowledge of the PVC pipe industry, including understanding of product specifications, applications, and market dynamics.
- Self-motivated and target-driven, with a demonstrated ability to work independently and achieve sales goals.
- Ability to analyze market trends and customer needs to identify new business opportunities.
- Willingness to travel extensively to meet clients across city / Country .
- License of Motor bike will be added advantage .
