Tell us about yourself.
My name is Cecilia Maundu, a hotelier by profession with over four years of experience working in the hospitality industry.
l have worked as a head of housekeeping, head of the waitress, receptionist, and I am well versed in every department.
How long have you been looking for a job?
It took me over one year to secure my dream jo
b and all along, I had been looking for a more challenging role that would enhance my career growth.
What has your job search experience been like?
The journey was never smooth the way l had hoped for.
Are there any specific challenges you encountered in your job search process?
One of the major challenges that l encountered was that there was no feedback from hiring managers and I was not sure of what I was doing wrong.

I was not sure if I would be considered because the competition was stiff but after trying my luck, I was impressed when I got the offer.
