Quality Management System Oversight
- Oversee Quality Management System (QMS).
- Ensure compliance with KEBS, industry standards and other regulatory requirements.
- Conduct regular internal audits to verify adherence to QMS procedures.
- Facilitate external audits by regulatory bodies or customers.
Process Improvement and Optimization
- Identify areas for process improvement within the production cycle.
- Develop and implement corrective and preventive action plans.
- Monitor and analyze production data to identify trends and areas for enhancement.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement process optimizations.
Product Inspection and Testing
- Implement inspection and testing protocols for raw materials, in-process, and finished goods.
- Conduct regular product inspections to ensure adherence to quality standards.
- Investigate and address non-conformities, and implement corrective actions
Requirements
- A bachelor’s degree in a relevant field is required.
- Proficiency in Six Sigma, TQM principles, and other quality methodologies.
- Demonstrated experience in leading and motivating quality control teams for continuous improvement.
- Ability to interpret data to drive process improvement and ensure compliance.
- Result-Oriented with Relentless Commitment to Customer Success: Demonstrates a focus on achieving outcomes and a dedicated commitment to driving customer satisfaction and success.
- Minimum of 10 years’ experience in quality assurance roles, preferably within textile manufacturing, with a proven track record of enhancing customer satisfaction.
