Key Responsibilities
- Design and deliver engaging training sessions on QA methodologies and test automation best practices for AI applications.
- Create comprehensive data science prompts and hands-on exercises to facilitate AI training for quality assurance scenarios.
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to identify training needs and tailor content to evolving project requirements.
- Develop, review, and update high-quality written and verbal training materials, documentation, and guides.
- Mentor and support team members to improve their proficiency in automated testing tools and AI-driven QA strategies.
- Ensure training materials reflect the latest trends and techniques in AI, machine learning, and test automation.
- Assess the effectiveness of training programs and implement improvements for continuous learning.
Required Skills and Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field.
- Minimum of 2 years’ experience in quality assurance and test automation.
- Strong foundation in data science and its application to AI training projects.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with a passion for clear knowledge sharing.
- Hands-on experience with test automation frameworks and tools (e.g., Selenium, PyTest, or similar).
- Proven ability to generate detailed AI prompts and design practical training exercises.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a distributed, remote team.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in curriculum development or corporate technical training.
- Background in large-scale AI or machine learning projects related to software quality assurance.
- Familiarity with agile methodologies and continuous integration environments.
