Core responsibilities
- Execute immediate and preventive maintenance across the property.
- Plumbing: repairing fixtures, addressing leaks, and unclogging drains.
- Electrical: troubleshooting faults, replacing switches/fixtures, and performing minor wiring Repairs.
- Carpentry: executing minor structural repairs, fixing furniture, and performing light
- Painting/touch-ups.
- Maintain accurate maintenance records and follow all safety protocols.
Essential requirements:
- Preffered candidates from nys.
- Minimum 1-3 years of proven, hands-on experience
- In a multi-skilled maintenance role.
- Demonstrated competence in plumbing, electrical, and carpentry systems.
- High school diploma (kcse certificate); technical certification is a plus.
- Excellent time management and problem-solving skills.
- Must be physically fit and able to perform demanding manual tasks.
- Must provide a valid certificate of good conduct.
