Job Description

The Human Resources Coordinator shall be responsible for aligning Human Resource strategies with the business objectives, fostering a high-performance culture and ensuring compliance with the labour laws and Company policies.

The general aspect of the role will also entail performing Human Resource functions and administrative tasks to support the Company business strategy.

  • Academic qualifications– Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources or related field from a recognised university.
  • Professional qualification– Certification in Human Resource (CHRP) will be an added advantage.
  • Experience– At least 3 years’ HR experience in a busy professional services firm.
  • Knowledge of Kenya Labour Laws with experience in handling Employee disciplinary matters.
  • Experience in performance management, training and onboarding.
  • Self driven individual with high integrity.
  • Experience in maintaining payroll data and managing staff leave register.
  • Leadership skills–strong leadership skills with the capacity to oversee and motivate a team.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Ability to convey complex information in a clear and concise manner.
