Role Overview

  • The HR Associate will play a key role in delivering HR solutions to clients, overseeing recruitment, performance management, compliance, and HR advisory services. The role requires a proactive professional with strong consulting experience, excellent communication skills, and the ability to manage multiple client engagements effectively.
  • HR Solutions Delivery: Lead client HR assignments including recruitment, job analysis, job evaluation, performance management, HR audits, and organization structure reviews.
  • Client Engagements: Prepare proposals, facilitate kick-off and close-out meetings, deliver presentations, and maintain professional client relationships.
  • HR Records & Compliance: Maintain accurate HR documentation, contracts, and ensure compliance with employment laws, regulations, and best practices.
  • Performance Management: Develop frameworks, support appraisals, and advise clients on employee growth and development.
  • Staff Welfare & Engagement: Design initiatives to improve workplace culture, employee wellbeing, and engagement for clients.
  • Disciplinary & Exits: Handle disciplinary matters, grievance management, and oversee exit processes with professionalism.
  • Training & Development: Support design and implementation of capacity-building programs.
  • Business Development: Contribute to business growth through proposals, pitches, and client conversions.
  • Quality & Reporting: Ensure all deliverables meet Sparkle’s standards and prepare accurate engagement reports.
  • Bachelor’s degree in HRM, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Pursuing CHRP Part II / Higher Diploma in HRM.
  • 1-2 years of HR experience in consulting or corporate practice.
  • Strong knowledge of HR best practices, compliance, and client service delivery.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and report writing skills.
