We’re hiring a Founder’s Office Associate to work directly with Zeno’s CEO and founding team. This is a unique, high-exposure role for an early-career generalist who’s equally comfortable managing a busy calendar as they are structuring an Excel model or helping run a field pilot. You’ll play a critical part in keeping the company organized, focused, and moving — blending executive support with project execution across operations, finance, partnerships, and strategy.

What You Will Do
- Keep the engine running: manage calendars, meetings, and travel logistics for the founders, ensuring their time is spent where it matters most.
- Support company operations: help track key priorities, coordinate across product, supply chain, and business functions, and ensure follow-ups are completed.
- Turn data into direction: build and maintain analytical tools and dashboards to inform decisions on operations, performance, and growth.
- Drive special projects: assist with cross-functional initiatives — from vendor onboarding to launch preparation and field operations support.
- Prepare and communicate: draft internal updates, investor briefs, and meeting notes with precision and clarity.
- Be the organizational backbone: anticipate needs, create structure where it’s missing, and help the founders stay one step ahead.
What You Bring
- 1–3 years of experience in consulting, analytics, operations, or early-stage startups.
- Strong quantitative and problem-solving skills; Excel/Google Sheets proficiency is essential.
- Exceptional organizational ability, attention to detail, and written communication skills.
- Comfort managing multiple priorities and shifting seamlessly between strategic and tactical work.
- Discretion and professionalism in handling sensitive information.
- A proactive, resourceful mindset and genuine enthusiasm for working in a fast-moving, high-responsibility environment.
- Curiosity about climate, mobility, and building impactful companies from the ground up.
