Key Responsibilities

• Design and execute creative menus that reflect international and local culinary
• trends while maintaining the hotel’s standards.
• Lead and manage the kitchen team, fostering a culture of excellence, collaboration,
• and innovation.
• Oversee food preparation, ensuring quality, taste, and presentation meet 5-star
• standards.
• Maintain high standards of hygiene and compliance with health and safety
• regulations.
• Manage food cost controls and inventory, optimizing operational efficiency.
• Train, mentor, and develop the kitchen team to ensure consistent growth and
• performance.
• Collaborate with other departments to enhance guest satisfaction and event success.

Qualifications & Experience

• Proven 5 years + experience as an Executive Chef or Head Chef in a 5-star hotel
• Culinary degree or equivalent certification from a recognized institution.
• Exceptional knowledge of diverse cuisines and modern culinary techniques.
• Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills.
• A track record of managing large kitchen operations and delivering
• exceptional results.
• Ability to thrive in a high-pressure, fast-paced environment while maintaining
• quality standards.
• Knowledge of food trends and sustainability practices is an advantage.
