About the Role
Connect Coffee Roasters is recruiting Waiters & Waitresses for full-time positions at its café in Kenya. This role involves delivering attentive customer service, managing orders, and serving food and beverages in a café setting. As a member of the café team, you’ll be central to how customers experience Connect Coffee Roasters. You’ll work alongside kitchen staff and other service professionals to ensure smooth operations during peak and quiet periods. Key Responsibilities
- Greet and attend to customers with professionalism and courtesy
- Accurately record customer orders and relay them to the kitchen team
- Serve food and beverages promptly and correctly
- Keep service areas clean, organized, and ready for customers
- Answer customer questions about menu items and ingredients
- Support café operations during busy service periods
- Work as part of a team to maintain service standards
- Deliver guest experiences that encourage customers to return
Qualifications & Experience
