Qualifications
- Diploma or equivalent from a recognized institution in Pharmaceutical Chemistry, Medicinal Chemistry, Analytical Chemistry, or Applied Chemistry
- Demonstrated Understanding of Good Laboratory Practice (GLP) and quality control principles
- Demonstrated experience with analytical instrumentation
- Computer literacy
Responsibilities:
- Prepare, standardize, and validate chemical solutions to pharmacopoeial standards
- Operate, calibrate, and perform routine maintenance of laboratory instruments and equipment
- Assist in organizing and conducting practical sessions
- Manage laboratory inventory
- Ensure compliance with Good Laboratory Practice
- Assist in method development and validation
- Support faculty in conducting research
