About the Role
We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Talent Acquisition Associate to support our recruitment efforts across multiple departments. This role is ideal for someone passionate about talent acquisition who is eager to learn and grow in a fast-paced and collaborative environment. You will play a key role in attracting, engaging, and delivering top talent while ensuring a positive candidate experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in sourcing candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, networking events, and employee referrals.
- Review resumes and conduct initial phone screenings to evaluate candidates’ qualifications, skills, and cultural fit.
- Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records within the Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
- Support participation in recruitment events and career fairs to strengthen employer branding and attract top talent.
- Provide administrative support to the recruitment team, including organizing interviews, preparing materials, and managing candidate communications.
- Collaborate closely with the HR and coordination teams to ensure a seamless and positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
- Qualifications & Skills
Required Skills
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage effectively with candidates, hiring managers, and team members.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
- High attention to detail, ensuring accuracy in data entry and record keeping.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Preferred Skills
- Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS).
- Previous experience in recruitment, HR, or customer service (preferred but not required).
Education
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.
