Role Description
This is a contract, hybrid role for a Sales and Marketing Specialist based in Nairobi County, Kenya, with the flexibility for some remote work. The role involves generating and nurturing leads, building strong relationships with clients, designing and implementing sales strategies, and promoting the company’s SaaS products. The specialist will also collaborate with cross-functional teams to align sales and marketing efforts and may conduct customer training sessions to optimize product usage and satisfaction.
Qualifications
- Strong Communication and Customer Service skills, with the ability to build and maintain positive client relationships.
- Proficiency in Sales and Sales Management, including lead generation, strategy development, and performance tracking.
- Experience in conducting Training sessions to educate clients and team members on product offerings.
- Knowledge of SaaS solutions and technology-driven business environments is a plus.
- Demonstrated ability to work independently and collaboratively in a hybrid work setting.
- Previous experience in a sales or marketing role in a similar industry will be advantageous.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field is preferred but not mandatory.
