Job Description
- We are looking for a Sales Coordinator to oversee and optimize the Sales Development operation, ensuring KPI achievement, operational efficiency, and team scalability.
- This role is responsible for leading SDR teams, Supervisors, and Quality Assurance (QA) teams while driving process improvements and aligning sales operations with business objectives. The ideal candidate is a strong leader with a strategic mindset, excellent analytical skills, and experience managing high-performing sales teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the entire SDR operation, ensuring consistent achievement of KPIs and sales goals.
- Oversee SDRs, Supervisors, and Quality Assurance (QA) teams.
- Manage team leaders and support organizational development initiatives.
- Monitor performance metrics and provide regular reporting on team results.
- Analyze data to identify performance gaps and implement improvement plans.
- Optimize sales processes, workflows, and operational procedures.
- Develop and execute growth strategies to improve scalability and efficiency.
- Ensure alignment between sales operations and overall business objectives.
- Foster a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
Requirements
Experience
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in sales leadership, call center operations, or SDR management.
- Proven experience managing leaders and high-performing teams.
- Experience implementing operational improvements and performance strategies.
- Strong background in KPI management and performance analysis.
Technical Skills
- Proficiency with CRM platforms and sales reporting tools.
- Strong analytical and organizational skills.
- Experience with sales operations and process optimization.
- Ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
Language
- Advanced English (spoken and written) is required.
