The Project Assistant / Coordinator will provide administrative and coordination support to project managers and PMO teams across multiple projects and initiatives. This role is responsible for assisting with project tracking, reporting updates, meeting coordination, documentation management, and general project support activities.
Key responsibilities:
- Assist project managers with day-to-day project coordination activities
- Update and maintain project tracking spreadsheets and reporting documents
- Support project time tracking and data entry activities
- Assist with project status reporting and meeting follow-ups
- Schedule meetings and maintain meeting notes and action item trackers
- Organize and maintain project documentation and shared folders
- Follow up with team members on project tasks and status updates
- Assist with reporting updates within project management tools and systems
- Support PMO administrative activities and reporting needs
- Help ensure project information is accurate and up to date
Required Skills & Experience
- 1–3 years of experience in project support, project coordination, administration, or related roles
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple tasks
- Basic to intermediate Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint skills
- Comfortable working in a team-oriented environment
- Ability to follow processes and meet deadlines
- Strong written and verbal English communication skills
Required Qualifications & Experience
- Exposure to project management or PMO environments preferred
- Experience using tools such as Microsoft Teams, Jira, Smartsheet, Monday.com, or similar platforms is a plus
- Experience supporting administrative or reporting functions preferred.
