Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily printing and branding operations
- Coordinate production schedules and job allocations
- Supervise production staff and ensure quality standards are met
- Manage materials, stock levels, and supplier coordination
- Ensure machines are properly maintained and serviced
- Monitor deadlines and ensure timely delivery of client orders
- Implement process improvements for efficiency and cost control
Qualifications & Requirements:
- Diploma/Degree in Business Management or related field
- Minimum 3 years’ experience in a similar role preferably in branding and printing industry.
- Strong leadership and organizational skills
