Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee daily printing and branding operations
  • Coordinate production schedules and job allocations
  • Supervise production staff and ensure quality standards are met
  • Manage materials, stock levels, and supplier coordination
  • Ensure machines are properly maintained and serviced
  • Monitor deadlines and ensure timely delivery of client orders
  • Implement process improvements for efficiency and cost control

Qualifications & Requirements:

  • Diploma/Degree in Business Management or related field
  • Minimum 3 years’ experience in a similar role preferably in branding and printing industry.
  • Strong leadership and organizational skills
