Role Description
We are looking for a versatile Operations Officer who can seamlessly pivot between administration, accounting & people management.
The role involves:
- Operations and administration: Office management, client management, handling clinician diaries online and sales pipeline management.
- Financial & Compliance: Handle compliance and financial accounting tasks, including accounts receivable follow up.
- Human Resources Management for the business.
Qualifications
- Bachelors’ degree in Accounting/Business Administration
- Experience of at least 3 years in Accounting (Zoho knowledge is a plus).
- Experience of at least 3 years in HR and administration.
- A person with high integrity, well organized with strong communication and interpersonal skills.
