Some of the roles include

  • Ensure branches prepare their reports on due dates per reports calendar (Productivity, Continuous assessment, marketing reports etc.)
  • Analyse the reports to ensure they can inform management decision
  • Giving feedback to branches on reports (decisions based on the reports, areas of improvement, etc.)
  • Escalation of non compliant branches.
  • Coordinating branch marketing activities
  • Working with management to resolve branch issues
