We are seeking a results-driven Marketing Specialist to develop and execute strategies that increase brand awareness, generate leads, and drive revenue growth for Wali Fumigation and Cleaning Services. The ideal candidate will have experience in service-based marketing, digital campaigns, and customer acquisition within the Kenyan market.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement marketing strategies aligned with business targets
- Generate qualified leads for fumigation and cleaning services
- Manage and optimize digital marketing channels (Facebook, Instagram, Google Ads)
- Oversee social media content creation and engagement
- Plan and execute local marketing campaigns (flyers, partnerships, activations)
- Improve online visibility (SEO & Google My Business)
- Track and report on marketing performance (ROI, leads, conversions)
- Work closely with sales/operations to convert leads into customers
- Identify new market opportunities and customer segments
Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
- Number of leads generated per month
- Conversion rate (lead → paying customer)
- Increase in bookings/revenue
Qualifications & Skills
- Diploma/Degree in Marketing, Business, or related field
- Proven experience in digital marketing (especially Facebook & Google Ads)
- Strong understanding of the Kenyan market
- Experience in service industry marketing (cleaning, pest control, etc. is a plus)
- Ability to analyze data and optimize campaigns
- Good communication and creative skills
Preferred (but not mandatory)
- Experience with Google Analytics / Meta Ads Manager
- Basic graphic design (Canva, Adobe tools)
- Experience managing Google Business Profiles
- Compensation
- Basic salary (based on experience)
- Performance-based incentives on leads or sales – Additional pay
