Key Qualifications:
- Education: Minimum of a Diploma or Degree in Human Resource Management from a recognized institution.
- Professionalism: Strong communication skills and a high level of integrity.
- Tech Savvy: Proficiency in MS Office (especially Excel).
- Knowledge: A basic understanding of the Kenya Employment Act and local labour laws is a plus.
Responsibilities
- Assist in end-to-end recruitment and onboarding processes.
- Maintain accurate employee records and HR databases.
- Support the implementation of HR policies and staff welfare initiatives.
- Assist in payroll preparation and statutory compliance tasks.
