Basic job summary:

• The job holder is responsible for enforcing the Strathmore University dress code among students in line with the strategic goals of the University.

Duties & Responsibilities:

• Inspect student dress code and ensure guidelines are always observed at which students are on campus property.
• Enforce the Strathmore University dress code by educating students on the SU ethos related to the dress code to promote an academically conductive environment.
• Collaborate with the Student Mentoring Services department in running the open days and parents’ seminars.
• Coordinate hostel visits and workshops with hostel owners.
• Handle office administration duties involving communication and general operations of the Mentoring Department.
• Administer first aid to staff and students when necessary.

Minimum Academic Qualifications:

• High school plus College Diploma / Professional qualification in relevant fields.

Experience:

• At least 1 years’ relevant experience.

Competencies and Attributes:

• Excellent Communication Skills.
• Attention to details.
