The Data Entry Clerk will be responsible for data capturing, posting into Navision, and generating reports for the
section. The role involves ensuring accurate data management, supporting operational projects, and contributing toprocess improvements within the organization.

Key Responsibilities:

• Implement all food safety and quality standards related to data entry activities.
• Ensure adherence to Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and the factory code of conduct.
• Generate daily reports for various Operational Excellence (Op EX) projects, including OEE, Waste

Analysis, SMED, AM, and 5S.

• Analyze data from various sources related to Op EX initiatives.
• Coordinate projects within Op EX teams to ensure proper implementation and participate in Op EX workshops.
• Support KAIZEN projects aimed at process improvements.
• Manage receipt of milk, raw materials, and other inventory into the processing and packaging warehouses.
• Transfer materials between warehouses and manage inventory movements.
• Conduct daily variance analysis between actual and planned consumption, reporting findings to the warehouse manager.
• Maintain detailed activity reports on stock levels, material receipt, and consumption.
• Manage the receipt of Finished Goods (FG), prepare stock variance reports, and oversee inventory management.
• Post data into MS Office tools and the ERP system accurately and time ly.
• Record daily production activities, requisitions, and transfers in the system.

Key Requirements:

• Business-related degree or equivalent professional qualification.
• CPA II qualification or equivalent experience.
• Proficient in computer skills, including MS Office and ERP systems.
• Strong planning, prioritization, and problem-solving skills.
• Self-motivated, proactive, and innovative with strong analytical skills.
• Good numerical aptitude.
