Sheria Sacco Society Limited wishes to recruit competent individuals to fill the position of Customer Care Assistant. This position will be based in Kisumu Office (Current residents of Kisumu County preferred or anyone willing to relocate to Kisumu with ease) Terms of Service: Term of Service: Permanent and Pensionable, starting at Job Group SG7 of the Sheria Sacco Salary Grades
Reporting Structure: Reports to the Marketing Manager
Position Purpose: Responsible for delivering excellent customer experience
Key Responsibilities
- Managing inbound and outbound calls in a timely manner
- Identifying customers’ needs, clarifying information, research every query and provide solutions and/or alternatives
- Seizing opportunities to upsell products when they arise
- Building sustainable relationships and engaging customers by taking the extra mile
- Keeping records of all conversations in SACCO call center database in a comprehensible way
- Managing the digital platform: e-tickets & social media to & from members and responding to their queries satisfactorily
- Providing financial advice to members
- Any other duty as may be assigned from time to time
Qualifications
- Diploma in Customer Care Management / Sales & Marketing / Co-operative Management/Business Management and any other related Business course.
- Presentable with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Aggressive with good networking skills
- Minimum 1 years’ experience in Customer Care / Marketing in a busy institution, preferably a financial Institution or insurance.
