Job Summary:

We are seeking a proactive, organized, and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to
support our daily office operations. The successful candidate will play a key role in ensuring
smooth administrative processes, coordinating office activities, maintaining accurate
records, and providing professional support to management and clients.
Key Responsibilities
- Use up and down arrow keys to resize the meta box pane.
- Manage daily office administration and ensure efficient office operations.
- Handle incoming calls, emails, and correspondence professionally.
- Schedule meetings, appointments, and maintain calendars.
- Prepare letters, reports, and other business documents.
- Maintain organized physical and digital filing systems.
- Welcome and assist clients and visitors professionally.
- Maintain accurate records and databases.
- Support management with administrative and operational tasks.
- Perform any other duties assigned by management.
Qualifications
- Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Office Administration,
- Human Resource Management, or a related field.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint).
- Excellent organizational, communication, and time management skills.
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to multitask.
- Professional, reliable, and able to maintain confidentiality.
Preferred Skills
- Experience in a professional office environment.
- Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
