Key Responsibilities
- Ensure the office is clean, organized, safe and fully functional.
- Coordinate office maintenance, repairs and cleaning schedules.
- Manage office supplies, inventory and procurement.
- Prepare meeting rooms and ensure they are well-arranged and equipped.
- Manage the reception area and create a welcoming first impression.
- Handle incoming calls, deliveries and general inquiries.
- Arrange travel and logistics for visiting guests and global employees.
- Run errands and support general administrative tasks.
Qualifications
- Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a business related field.
- At least 2 years’ experience in office administration or facilities management.
- Strong organization and multitasking skills.
- High attention to detail and proactive problem-solving ability.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage vendors and service providers effectively.
- Basic knowledge of workplace health and safety standards.
