The Role

  • Ensuring routine office facilities are maintained and functional .
  • Prepare, review, and manage service quotations for maintenance and repair works
  • Liaise and communicate effectively with service providers, technicians, and vendors to coordinate repairs, track job progress, and ensure timely completion.
  • Assist with office equipment upkeep, space planning, and facilities coordination
  • Provide administrative support for internal departments, ensuring efficient office operations
  • Diploma/Certificate in Business Administration, Office Management, or related field.
  • At least one (I) year Experience in an administrative role in a
  • banking institution, microfinance, or similar service organization is an added advantage.
  • Proven ability to prepare and manage service quotations and vendor communications.
  • Ability to work collaboratively and engage professionally with internal teams and external partners.
  • General experience in office maintenance work.
