The Role

We are seeking a hybrid professional who is not only a master of user experience and interface design but also possesses a strong grasp of graphic design principles and a keen interest in AI automation. You will be responsible for the entire design lifecycle from conceptual wireframes to polished visual assets while integrating AI tools to automate design workflows and enhance user personalization.

Key Responsibilities

UI/UX Design & Strategy

• Lead the end-to-end design process (research, wireframing, prototyping, visual design) for Ifkafin’s digital products (web and mobile).
• Create user flows, journey maps, and high-fidelity prototypes that translate complex fintech workflows into intuitive experiences.
• Conduct user research and usability testing to validate design decisions and iterate based on data and feedback.

Graphics & Visual Design

• Develop high-quality graphic assets, including custom icons, illustrations, branding elements, and marketing collateral that align with Ifkafin’s corporate identity.
• Ensure visual consistency across all platforms by maintaining and evolving the design system.
• Create compelling presentation decks and sales enablement materials that effectively communicate product value.

AI Automation Integration

• Utilize AI-powered design tools to accelerate asset creation and ideation.
• Collaborate with engineering teams to design UI components that support AI-driven
• features, such as personalized dashboards, predictive data visualization, and automated user support interfaces.
• Innovate ways to automate repetitive design tasks to improve workflow efficiency across the product team.

Qualifications & Requirements

Experience

• Minimum 3 years of professional experience in UX/UI design, preferably in fintech,
• SaaS, or complex enterprise systems.
• Portfolio
• A strong portfolio is mandatory.

Please share samples of your work that demonstrate:

• Complex UI/UX case studies (showing your process from research to final design).
• High-quality graphic design skills (icons, branding, illustrations).
• Examples of designs implemented using AI automation tools. (Bonus)

Technical Skills:

• Design Tools: Expert proficiency in Figma (Auto Layout, Variables, Prototyping) and
• Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
• AI Tools: Demonstrated ability to leverage generative AI for asset creation and UI automation.
• Prototyping: Experience with advanced prototyping tools is a plus.

Soft Skills:

• Strong understanding of fintech regulatory constraints (security, accessibility) as they apply to design.
• Ability to work full-time on-site, collaborating directly with developers, product
• managers, and stakeholders in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to articulate design decisions to non-design stakeholders.
