Role Description
- This is a full-time UX Designer role, based in Nairobi County, Kenya.
- The UX Designer will conduct user research, apply design thinking methodologies, create visual designs, and continuously improve user experiences.
- Additional tasks include prototyping and, depending on the candidate’s skills, contributing to Quality Assurance (QA) processes to help ensure design intent is fully realized in implementation.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in User Research and Design Thinking
- Strong skills in Visual Design and UX principles
- Experience with prototyping tools such as Figma, Adobe XD, or similar
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
- Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work on-site in Nairobi County, Kenya
- Experience in QA testing, writing test cases, or usability testing is a strong plus
- Bachelor’s degree in Design, HCI, Computer Science, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience)
