Minimum Requirements
- At least 3–5 years’ relevant experience, preferably in a university or public institution.
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
- CPA (K), ACCA, or equivalent professional qualification
Responsibilities
- Assist in preparation of budgets, financial statements, and audit schedules.
- Ensure compliance with public finance laws, donor requirements, and institutional policies.
- Maintain asset registers and inventory records.
- Monitor expenditures and advise management on financial controls.
- Prepare and maintain accurate financial records, ledgers, and accounts
- Prepare periodic financial reports for management and stakeholders.
- Process payments, receipts, payroll, and reconciliations.
- Support internal and external audits
