The Technical Procurement Coordinator will manage the sourcing, purchasing, and contracting of all repair and maintenance goods, services, and technical equipment across our lodges, camps, and operational sites. This role ensures cost-effective, timely, and high-quality procurement while collaborating closely with internal teams and suppliers.

  • Source, negotiate, and purchase repair, maintenance, and technical equipment in line with budgets and quality standards.
  • Maintain relationships with reliable suppliers, contractors, and service providers.
  • Act as the main procurement contact for lodge and camp managers, Technical Service Managers, Workshop Manager, and Engineer.
  • Support budgeting, cost monitoring, and reporting on procurement activities and supplier performance
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, procurement procedures, and health & safety regulations.
  • Maintain accurate records of purchase orders, contracts, warranties, and service agreements.
  • Identify opportunities for process improvement and cost savings without compromising quality.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Procurement, Engineering, or related field
  • Professional certifications such as CPSP-K or CIPS are an advantage.
  • Membership with KISM and practicing license preferred.
  • 3–5 years’ experience in procurement, supply chain, or technical operations, preferably in engineering, hospitality, maintenance, or infrastructure projects
  • Strong understanding of technical equipment, maintenance processes, and workshop operations
  • Excellent negotiation, communication, and relationship management skills
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office; familiarity with procurement software is an advantage.
  • Valid driver’s license preferred.
