We are looking for a Stores Site Supervisor to oversee the daily operations of our warehouse and fleet facilities. The role is central to ensuring smooth inventory management, accurate stock control, and efficient coordination with other departments.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise warehouse staff and daily store operations.
- Oversee receipt, storage, and distribution of goods.
- Monitor and maintain accurate inventory levels.
- Ensure proper use and upkeep of vehicles, forklifts, and fuel records.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized warehouse environment.
- Support continuous improvement in processes and efficiency.
Requirements
- Proficiency in MS Office and strong organizational skills.
- Knowledge of warehouse safety and inventory management.
- Experience in fleet management is an advantage.
- Strong communication and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
