We are seeking a qualified and motivated individual to join our Stock Department. The ideal candidate will play a key role in ensuring accurate inventory management and smooth warehouse operations.

Responsibilities:

• Maintain and update stock records accurately
• Monitor inventory levels and report discrepancies
• Coordinate with purchasing and sales teams regarding stock movements
• Use stock and inventory management software efficiently
• Ensure proper storage, labeling, and organization of goods
• Prepare regular stock reports for management

Requirements:

• University degree in a relevant field
• Strong working knowledge of stock/inventory management software
• Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar position
• Good computer skills and attention to detail
• Strong organizational and communication abilities
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Preferred Qualities:

• Experience in a fast-paced warehouse or distribution environment
• Ability to multitask and meet deadlines
