Salary: KES 18,000 – 24,000 per month
At Liquor Rituals, we maintain a fast-moving and diverse inventory. We seek a meticulous Stock Controller to manage and optimise our stock processes.

Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee the entire inventory cycle: ordering, receiving, storage, and distribution
- Conduct regular stock counts, cycle counts, and reconciliation of physical vs. system stock
- Analyse sales trends and seasonality to forecast demand and adjust order quantities
- Identify and investigate stock variances, shrinkage, and write-offs
- Liaise with suppliers and logistics providers to ensure timely deliveries
- Maintain accurate records in the inventory management system
Qualifications & Experience:
- Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or related field
- Minimum of 2 years’ experience in inventory control, preferably in retail or FMCG
- Proficiency in inventory management software and MS Excel (VLOOKUP, pivot tables)
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organisational skills
- Excellent communication and negotiation abilities
