Role Summary
Woodmere is seeking an experienced Social Media & Digital Marketing Specialist to manage, grow, and monetize our online presence. The role focuses on content, paid campaigns, engagement, and conversions, with a strong emphasis on direct bookings and qualified inquiries.

Key Responsibilities
Social Media Management
- Create interactive content
- Manage and grow Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, and LinkedIn
- Plan and execute content calendars (posts, reels, short videos, stories)
- Drive engagement, inquiries, and brand credibility
- Maintain brand tone, visuals, and consistency
Digital Marketing
- Plan and optimize paid campaigns (Google Ads, Meta Ads, TikTok Ads)
- Drive direct bookings and leads, not just reach
- Implement and maintain SEO best practices
- Track performance using analytics tools and prepare monthly reports
Content & Performance
- Coordinate content creation (copy, creatives, short-form video)
- Optimize campaigns based on data and performance insights
- Collaborate with management on promotions and offers
Mandatory Requirements (Strict)
- Proven experience in social media management and digital marketing
- Demonstrable results (growth metrics, engagement, leads, conversions, ROAS)
- Hands-on expertise with Meta Ads, Google Ads, and analytics tools
- Ability to work independently on a retainer or contract basis
- Applicants without prior experience and verifiable results will NOT be considered.
Preferred Experience
- Hospitality, hotel, serviced apartment, or tourism marketing
- Experience driving direct bookings
- Basic graphic design or video editing skills
- Familiarity with OTA and hotel digital funnels
