Senior Human Resource Officer Job
Looking for an HR job in Kenya? Talent Grid is recruiting a Senior Human Resource Officer position. Proficiency in talent acquisition, employee relations, performance management, and Kenyan labour law is required.
This role is ideal for a strategic HR professional who can lead talent acquisition, strengthen employee engagement, drive performance management, ensure HR compliance, and partner with business leaders to support organizational growth.
We’re looking for professionals with:
- 5–7 years of progressive HR experience
- Supervisory leadership experience
- A valid IHRM Practicing Certificate
- Strong knowledge of Kenyan labour legislation
- Experience across recruitment, employee relations, learning and development, and performance management
