Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Sales Specialist B2B, located in Nairobi County, Kenya. The Sales Specialist B2B will be responsible for developing and maintaining relationships with business customers, identifying new sales opportunities, and creating tailored moving solutions. Daily tasks include leading sales presentations, negotiating contracts, and collaborating with the customer service and operations teams to ensure client satisfaction.
Qualifications
- Excellent Communication and Customer Service skills
- Proven Sales experience and skills in Sales Management
- Ability to conduct effective training sessions
- Strong negotiation and problem-solving skills
- Bachelor’s degree/Diploma in Business, Marketing, or related field
- Experience in the logistics or moving industry is a plus
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
