A leading manufacturing company in the Alcohol and Tobacco Industry is looking to hire Sales Reps.
Job Purpose:
To redistribute the company’s stock in retail trade channels to meet both Sales and Distribution objectives in an assigned territory
Job Role/ Responsibilities
- Sell Products at Points of Sales within assigned coverage areas
- Ensure daily accurate cash and product reconciliation with the assigned location
- Ensure optimal product availability and visibility of PMI products in the assigned territory
- Achieve sales targets (volume, handling, and coverage)
- Drive new weighted outlet recruitment with a focus on range selling
- Product merchandising (First Position) at every outlet coverage
- Build and maintain relationships with Retailers
- Flawless execution of all trade programs within assigned routes
- Ability to use digital sales application
Qualification
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Management and Marketing
- Minimum of 1-2 years of sales experience, same industry, added advantage
- Ability to prospect and retain clients/manage orders.
- MUST have a Valid riding license and can ride a motorbike
- Good communicator, result-oriented, and knowledge of Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, would be a plus.
