Key Responsibilities
- Market and promote Marble Capitals’ logbook loan and asset finance products.
- Identify and engage potential clients through field visits, referrals, and digital platforms.
- Guide clients through the loan application, documentation, and approval process.
- Maintain strong client relationships and ensure customer satisfaction.
- Meet and exceed assigned monthly sales and performance targets.
Qualifications & Competencies
- Diploma / Degree in Sales & Marketing, Finance, Banking, Business Administration, or related field.
- Prior experience in financial sales, motor vehicle trading, or microfinance is an added advantage.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, & interpersonal skills.
- Self-driven, results-oriented, & able to work with minimal supervision.
